Organization of the Westerwälder Holztage with Record Results.

The Westerwälder Holztage, held on the premises of the van Roje sawmill, were a complete success. In midsummer weather, the event attracted more than 30,000 visitors. It began with a professional visitors’ day focusing on wood as both an energy source and a building material. During the official opening on Saturday, the District Administrator of Neuwied welcomed numerous guests from politics, business, and forestry as a representative of the community initiative “Wir Westerwälder”. On both days, more than 90 exhibitors presented the topic of wood in diverse ways, providing variety and enthusiasm. HEAD. MARKETING was commissioned with the complete organisation — from exhibitor acquisition and site planning to event promotion and the coordination of a diverse supporting program.

Company Anniversary Organisation.

For our client Menk-Schmehmann’s company anniversary, we developed a comprehensive concept and supported the event from start to finish. This included planning and organising the celebration, creating a varied program, and providing moderation on the day of the event. We handled the invitations, selected suitable decorations, and designed custom menu cards to create a cohesive atmosphere. Numerous additional details helped make the anniversary a special and memorable day for everyone involved.
